The following guidelines have been established to help maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all residents staying at Parkway RV Park.

Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced. Rent and electricity fees are due on the first day of every month. Each RV space is individually metered for electricity usage. A $200.00 electric deposit is due on the move-in day. The electric deposit will be applied to your last bill and the balance remaining, if any, will be refunded. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged daily until the amount due has been paid in full. If payment is not received within three days of the due date, the RV and any vehicles may be removed from the space without a judicial hearing by law enforcement officers and maybe impounded until the past due amount has been collected. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON, WHICH INCLUDES EARLY DEPARTURES PRIOR TO THE END OF THE MONTH.  ANY REMAINING RENT WILL BE FORFEITED. 

 

1. Rent may be paid by MasterCard, Visa or Cash. We do not accept personal checks.

2.  PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS. Quiet time in the park is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Disturbance complaints will be addressed by management.

3.  All Federal, State and local laws must be obeyed at all times. This includes current registration on your RV and vehicles. Loud, disorderly, dangerous or unlawful conduct or near the property will not be tolerated. Violence or threat of violence will result in law enforcement action.

4.  No discharging of any firearm is allowed on the property. No display of guns, knives or any weapon that may harm others is allowed. These items must be stored in your RV.

5.  Possession, sale, distribution or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited.

6.  Hazardous materials may not be stored on the property.

7.  The speed limit is 5 mph.

8.  No more than 2 vehicles per space allowed. No major vehicle repairs or car washing is permitted on the property.

9.  Pets must be leashed (excluded dog park). Respect your neighbors- clean up after your pets.

10.  No pets should be left outside unintended.

11.  No pets that are known to be “aggressive” are allowed at Parkway RV Park.

11. Keep your space orderly and free of clutter. Spaces should be neat, clean and litter-free. If you smoke outside, please dispose of all burning materials in an approved container. All personal property must be kept in the confines of your assigned space in an orderly fashion. Do not leave trash outside your RV. All trash must be placed in the dumpster provided. Management will maintain the landscaping on the property.

12. No major modifications to space will be allowed. Any additional structures must be approved by the management.

13. Water and sewer are provided and included in the rental fee. All sewer connections must be securely attached to prevent spillage or escaping gases.

14. Residents may want to obtain their own post office box, however, you may use the park address to receive mail. We have official USPS mailboxes on-site where your box will match your space number.   Keys are available from management. Lost keys are $25 and can be paid for or will be deducted from your deposit.

15. Parkway RV Park reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time when the Lessor determines, in its sole discretion that such action is necessary for the best interest of the Lessor.

16.Residents that leave the space empty for more than three consecutive days without notifying management the resident forfeits the contract and will not be eligible for any refund including the electric deposit.

17. Parkway RV Park is an Adult (18+) only community.  Brief visits of children of a parkway parent are welcome but please respect all park tenants that have chosen Parkway as their home for its peaceful surroundings by not allowing outdoor play while visiting the park.  Parkway management must be notified prior to the arrival of any visiting children for any length of time, no exceptions. A child’s visit that will exceed 10 days must be approved by park management, no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in termination in the tenant rental agreement and the tenant must vacate the park immediately.  No refunds, full or partial, are ever granted.

Parkway RV Park wants everyone and their property to be safe and secure. Background Checks will be conducted on every applicant. Parkway RV park will not be held responsible nor liable for personal injury, accidents, theft or loss of property from any cause, including acts of nature. Management reserves the right to make any changes to these Rules and regulations as necessary. Tenants will be advised in writing of any changes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that violates the Parkway Rv Park Rules and Regulations.
